Please read these guidelines carefully and make certain you understand the Terms
and Conditions prior to placing an order.
We choose the best plants available, and pack them in good quality material. All
product is dispatched upon receipt of an order. Credit card details must
accompany each order.
Perennials are shipped as soon as weather permits; usually from 1 May onwards.
Annuals are shipped as soon as there is no danger of frost; usually from 31 May
onwards. Tropical water lilies and lotuses are shipped from 1 June onwards
(depending on the weather).

Shipping, Handling and Sales Tax
Shipping aquatic plants is a time consuming process. We take great care in
handling and packing all items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is difficult to estimate the cost of shipping prior to packing. Customers
will be charged the actual cost of shipping (and taxes) plus a $3.00
packing/handling charge (see Terms and Conditions).
SHIPPING
Perishable items are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost™. Non-perishable items
are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ or FedEx.
HANDLING
A packing and handling fee of $3.00 applies to all mail orders.
SALES TAX
GST (5%) is payable by all Canadian customers.
PST (8%) is payable by all residents of Ontario (mail order or walk-in).
**As of 1 July 2010 Ontario will implement a new 13% HST to replace the
GST & PST. HST is payable by all Canadians.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The cost of shipping is extremely high, and unfortunately, we have no control
over the cost. The following table shows the estimated cost of shipping (prior
to 1 July 2010) to some major cities, of a 10lb package that measures 12” x 12”
x 12” :

Please note the above prices are a GUIDE ONLY. Parcel postage is calculated not
only by weight, but by dimensions. Postage rates vary from city to city in every
province. Surcharges may be applicable to remote areas.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment must accompany all orders - credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) or
PayPal email account. PayPal funds must be cleared before an order will be
dispatched.
2. We do not accept personal cheques.
3. A handling and packaging fee of $3.00 will be charged on all orders
regardless of the destination.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. We ship weekly from 1 May to 23 December (or as weather permits).
6. Prices in the catalogue do not include sales tax.
